Ornamon Design Joulun satelliittitapahtumat ovat ornamolaisten itse järjestämiä muotoilun myyntitapahtumia eri puolella Suomea. Tule mukaan ja saat käyttöösi tunnetun brändi-ilmeen ja näkyvyyttä!Satelliittitapahtuman järjestäjä vastaa tapahtuman järjestelyistä ja taloudesta itse. Tapahtuma voi ajoittua samalle viikonlopulle kuin Ornamon Design Joulu X Designkaverit tapahtuma Helsingissä 7.-8.12.2024, tai johonkin muuhun jouluiseen ajankohtaan.

Eckerö Post and Customs House Artist in Residence
The artist in residence is an apartment located in Eckerö Post and Customs House, consisting of one bedroom and a combined living room/kitchenette, a toilet and a shower (50m2). There is also a workroom that is about 35 m2.
A stay at the guest apartment is primarily granted to practising artists of all artistic disciplines. The apartment is available during the whole year 2025, for a period of an even calendar month. There is a fee of 200 euro/month that each residence guest pays in advance in accordance with the actual coasts.
The application form can be found on the Åland cultural delegation ́s website and the deadline for application is 16th of September 2024, 4.15 p.m.
The island of Källskär Artist in Residence
The small guest residence cottage is located on the uninhabited island of Källskär, Kökar. It offers an extraordinary experience of wild maritime nature and simple life in a primitive seaside cottage.
A stay at the guest residence is granted creative artists and cultural workers from the end of May to September 2025, generally for a period of 1-2 weeks. There is a fee of 50 euro/week that each residence guest pays in advance in accordance with the actual coasts.

Farnham World Craft Town residency
Farnham World Craft Town is offering a one-month residency in Farnham, Surrey, UK, during Spring 2025. This opportunity includes covered travel, living costs, studio space, and accommodation. Artists in residence will be asked to create a piece inspired by Farnham, which will form part of their local craft collection. Priority will be given to ceramic artists and creatives at all stages are welcome to apply. Deadline for applications is 30 September 2024 (17.00 GMT). Read more about the residency!
Teoshaku Kun aika on -näyttelyyn
Taiteilijat O järjestää jäsenilleen teemallisen ja jurytetyn ryhmänäyttelyn Kun aika on Stoan galleriassa Helsingissä marras–joulukuussa 2025. Näyttelyn teosvalinnoista vastaa kuraattori, kuvataiteilija Petri Kaverma, ja hakuaika on 8.8.-30.9.
Kun aika on -näyttely esittelee kuolemaan, hautaukseen ja muistotilaisuuksiin liittyvää taidetta ja esineistöä. Näyttelyn teemaa ei ole sidottu tiettyyn uskontokuntaan tai kulttuuriin, vaan tarkoitus on taiteen kautta avata keskustelua eri tyyppisestä kuoleman ja hautajaisten käsittelystä sekä vainajan muistamisesta ja kunnioittamisesta.

Révélations – event for fine crafts and contemporary creation
Révélations by Ateliers d’Art de France is an event for fine crafts and contemporary creation on an international scale. The 7th edition will be held from 21 – 25 May 2025 and will focus on presenting unique, never-before-seen works to an exceptional public. Applications are open to creators, material artists, craftspeople, gallery owners or designers to take part and showcase their work. Different options of participation are available. The LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize
The LOEWE FOUNDATION seeks to recognize uniquely talented artisans whose artistic vision and will to innovate set new standards for the future of craft. The Prize for the winning entry is 50,000 euros. The shortlisted and winning works will feature in the exhibition and accompanying catalogue in Madrid in Spring 2025. Applications are open to artists of all ages (over 18) and nationalities, regardless of experience or reputation. Deadline for submissions is 30 October 2024. Read more about the Craft Prize!
