We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Suomi24 Business Team where you and your team-mates will develop both the product and the business. You will be the one in charge of design in the team, so you are able to take ownership of the whole design process, from research to feature definition to developer handout. The organization will also support you in developing new skills when needed, and willingness to learn is a must. Team members’ skills can overlap, so that they can understand each other’s work and complement one another.
You will work hand in hand with development and business to develop the Suomi24 web application, following the Scrum framework. You will be responsible for defining the user needs, but you also need to have an understanding of technical, business and legal aspects of the product when creating solutions. You will take part in product and business planning and prioritization.
You will also contribute to developing the company’s design processes and maturity together with other designers from other teams.
