As a designer, your job is to apply strategic thinking to design end-to-end experiences with a focus on user needs and business goals. As a member of the team, you work on all aspects of service, interaction, and content design, from user interviews, defining customer needs, workshops, service concepts, prototypes and minimum viable product roadmaps to UI guidelines and specifications for engineering.
You have excellent craft skills in at least one area of design – whether it is in interaction design, visual design, UX/UI design, information architecture, or copywriting – and have a good understanding of all areas relevant to service design. Because you can form a design opinion based on your knowledge and intuition, you expect to have room to shape your professional role at Fjord Helsinki. You consider your colleagues from interns up to the Group Director to be your peers. For you, design is all about passion.

5. You have a strong practical knowledge of design process, experience design, and content creation in order to produce tangible outcomes.
