We are looking for an Interior Design Specialist to strengthen our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive, manage and develop sales by creating concepts and writing specifications for Smartblock solutions with the interior design and architecture community. The successful candidate will currently have, or quickly develop strong and powerful connections within the community to drive and close our solutions being specified for key projects in targeted market segments. You will take on the role as a ”Smartblock Evangelist”, generally promoting and creating awareness at all levels on how our solutions can be best utilized in different environments and use cases.
You will in this role, together with our marketing and sales team, create and write content for marketing and sales materials by providing your professional experience and insights on the latest industry trends. You will participate in driving and managing the content being published in different marketing and PR channels. The position is full-time and you will be based at our sales office in central Helsinki and report to the CEO.
What you can expect:
-Establish, develop and maintain a preferred manufacturer status with key stakeholders in the interior design and architecture community
-Create concepts and write specifications on Smartblock solutions for utilization in different environments and use cases
-Maximizing order intake and proactively seek new business opportunities within your sales responsibility. Work in close collaboration with internal and external partners and key stakeholders to ensure success
-Cultivate, enhance and maintain strong, long-lasting partner and end customer relationships
-Create, execute and manage effective marketing programs with the marketing team to drive revenue growth within strategic accounts. Collaborating with marketing to design/create program-related materials and targeted product marketing opportunities for accounts
-Promote and create awareness of Smartblock solutions as a ”Smartblock Evangelist” at all levels, both external and internal
-Create, drive and manage content for marketing and sales materials
-You will participate in driving and managing the content being published in different marketing and PR channels
-Funnel management and sales forecasting using online CRM tools
-Systematically analyzing win and loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction, market, competition and trends
What we expect:
-Interior design and architecture industry experience and network to ensure success in winning the project business
-Proven track record in driving, managing and developing b2b solutions sales (within the furniture industry a plus)
-Ability to read, understand and work with interior design drawings (CAD design experience a plus)
-You work fluently in Finnish and English
-Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mentality and the ability to collaborate, influence and communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
-Self-motivated; works without direct supervision. Proactive takes advantage of opportunities without being asked
-Demonstrated positive energy and a ”can-do” attitude to effectively represent and grow company offering, both internally and externally
-Project management skills with a detail orientation
