Content Designer-trainee

In this role, you will be responsible for producing Basware product (UI) and documentation content and managing the localization of the content with the translation software used with our translation partner. You will be collaborating with other content designers, UX designers, product owners and cloud developers across our entire line of desktop and mobile SaaS services. You have a strong sense for solving problems and you are passionate about writing and translating content.

We would enjoy working with a professional with the following skills and qualifications:

• Completed or in-progress Technical Documentation or Translation studies, or related discipline.
• Fluent written communication skills in English. Additional languages are seen as an advantage.
• Programmer skills are not required, but you are knowledgeable in running and troubleshooting scripts and converting content between data formats.
• An accountable self-starter with good time-management skills and a bias for action.

Not required, but extra credit for:

• Knowledge of DITA XML.
• Experience of Phrase TMS or similar translation tool.
• Procure-to-Pay process automation or E-invoicing business domain knowledge.
• Experience of Gainsight PX.

We prefer that you have content samples that you can share with us.
