Head of Design / Elisa

Your key responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our designers around Elisa
Making the value of Design tangible to all internal stakeholders with superstar level communication
Ensuring the impactful design contribution in Elisa’s business critical operations
Collaborate with business and development units to bring the most value to our customers
Ensure a seamless user experience for millions of Elisa’s consumer and corporate customers
Lead the development and implementation of an impactful design strategy
Inspire, guide and set an example to our designers in making the difference through Elisa’s mission

To succeed in this role you have a long and proven experience in:

Leading, managing and scaling large design operations
Proactive problem-solving capabilities
Building an efficient Design operation for a diverse set of designers and stakeholders
Superior organizational and relational skills in promoting design
Acumen to define and ability to implement strategy

You are going to report to the VP of Software Services and in your day-to-day job you are going to interact with your colleagues in product development and the business stakeholders always striving to find the best solution for the needs of the customers.

You are an enthusiastic team player with excellent social skills, equipped with a suitable Master’s degree and speaking fluent English.
