As the IS Consumer User Experience and Digital Transformation Lead you will be responsible for IS Organization delivers exceptional user experiences, defining IS solutions by applying a human-centered design approach, driving projects and workshops based on Agile and Design Thinking.

IS Manager
Your responsibilities
- Managing the daily activities of UX and Consumer Journeys in order to ensure that all ABB IS consumers receive exceptional experiences based on their needs.
- Acting as a leader for UX and Consumer Journeys.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and improving the UX and Consumer Journeys of IS services, using appropriate metrics, design research methods, analytics tools, and usability testing.
- Applying, coaching and driving adoption of UX, Agile, human-centered design, and Design Thinking.
- Applies/coaches UX, Agile, Design Thinking, and product management methodologies into processes.
- Executing, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specification.
- Providing leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
Your background
- 8 years of experience in UX design/service design/industrial design o related disciplines, working as a UX researcher, designer, workshop facilitator, with digital solutions and products.
- Sound knowledge of Human-centered design, Design Thinking, Agile, Product management, ITIL
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, DevOps, prototyping tools.
- Passionate about Consumer Experience (CX) with the ability to design and execute at tactical & operational level
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community
