Junior designer, training and development 

Our team is set up to create Wärtsilä’s learning products. We are now looking for a Junior designer (training and development) to join our agile training development team of 10 professionals working for a better future. 
The position is offered on a permanent basis and the successful candidate will be located in Turku or Vaasa, Finland. This role offers possibilities also for remote work according to our remote work policy. 

What will you be doing?

As a Junior designer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to creating inspiring course content from technical information, working with an eLearning projects, etc. The work requires a high level of independency, but you will have all the support from your colleagues. 

The following will enable you to shine in this role: 

• experience in copywriting and/or technical writing 
• fluent written and spoken English 
• solid problem solving skills and willingness to take initiative and desire to learn new skills 
• expressive and outgoing personality 
• fluency with MS office tools and programs.
