We are looking for a Junior Designer, Training Development to join our team for a Temporary contract of 7 months. The preferred location for this position is in Turku or Helsinki, Finland.
The responsibilities in this role would look like
- Working with eLearning production using the Lectora software
- Collect and modify the source material
- Create and develop the eLearning package with Wärtsilä Templates
- Publish and review the eLearning course to SCORM format
- Supporting internal customers with their eLearning needs
- Participating to development projects
To shine in this role we expect you to have
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. of education or marketing
- Ability to create eLearning content with Lectora and sufficient skills with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Project management skills
- Fluent in professional English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in communication and training content production
- Basic knowledge of Wärtsilä products
