We are now looking for a new talent to join our client Fortums Digital Customer Offering -department as an UX Designer. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position you will be a part of the dynamic and flexible team in the Digital Customer Offering -department which consists of 8 colleagues. The team does a lot of collaboration, and it is therefore important that you are an outgoing people-person. You like to share your expertise and learn from others. Your typical work week consists of projects on a Nordic level: understanding user needs, conceptualizing, prototyping, testing and optimizing. You will be offered the opportunity to work with popular brands and concepts.

JOB DUTIES
* Working cross-functionally with large parts of the organization
* Understanding user needs and identifying pain points
* User research and designing concepts
* Prototyping and testing
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Preferably 3 – 5 years work experience from UX Design
* Relevant educational background
* Proficiency in English (written & oral) – Finnish skills is seen as an advantage
We also consider as an advantage if you have earlier experience from:
* Figma
* Google Analytics
