We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our Konecranes industrial design team. The team works in various Research and Development projects, focusing on product design, user experience and design identity. As a UX designer you will strengthen our team in participating digital development projects and concept design by producing meaningful, unique and visual user interfaces for different user groups and digital platforms (web and mobile).
Your key responsibilities:
- Producing useful experience driven design solutions
- Prototyping digital UX (XD, Sketch or similar)
- Creating interaction design practices both web and mobile
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, end users, other designers, developers and management
What should you bring?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or similar
- 2 years of relevant experience in UX and interaction design
- Knowledge of modern communication technologies
- Fluent skills in Adobe CC tools (Illustrator, XD)
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile work practices
- Excellent skills in communication and mastering presentation tools
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
You will succeed in this position if you have good problem-solving and teamworking skills, and you are self-motivated, organised and goal-oriented. You have ambition to invent solutions with an open-minded and creative approach.
