About the role

As a Visual Designer your main task is to design online training solutions and visualize information for client’s specific needs. Your diverse work includes designing layouts and user experience for e-learning courses; some of which may include 2D animation and video production. You will often work with presentations, infographics and technical diagrams. Your tasks range from working within established brand guidelines to creating something entirely new based on the clients’ needs. You will co-create solutions together with other team members, usually working closely with an instructional designer and/or developer, as well as the customer. You will also attend customer meetings and handle both internal and external communication. Other tasks include following up on schedules and budgets as well as organizing your own work.

Job duties

Create online training solutions and visualize information for client’s specific needs
Work with infographics, layouts and motion media
Attend customer meetings and co-create solutions with the team

We are looking for

Good skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and PowerPoint
A relevant educational background (e.g., graphic design, information or media technology)
An understanding of information visualization and storyboarding
A basic understanding of online user interfaces and user experience (web pages, apps)
The ability to work under pressure
An ability to be proactive and self-organized
An ability to coordinate work together with the team and the client
Working ability in English

It is also an advantage – but not mandatory – if you have an interest in any of the topics below:

Animation production with After Effects and video production with Adobe Premiere
3D modelling or 3D animation skills
Articulate Storyline or some other online course development tool
UX & UI knowledge
Online development (e.g. web development skills, WordPress)
Illustration skills
