Summer checklist & our member services

We are on summer break in July. Our office is closed from June 30th to July 31st.. You can contact us by email at office@ornamo.fi and will get back to you in August. During the summer, job & and project announcements are up-to-date in Designduunit service.

Personal counceling for members is on break for part of the summer. Legal advisory will resume on 14th of August. For urgent employment issues, please contact the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which offers free telephone advice.

The Ornamo Foundation Grants ’25 application continues until 1st of August. Grants can be applied for different types of projects. More information about the applications and the criteria for different grants can be found on the Ornamo Foundation website.

Check out our events for members! The autumn season begins with Artist of the Year Exhibition opening at Lokal Gallery in Helsinki. You are also welcome to join Bio Sosio Ensemble meeting, or the exquisite SIO’s Blue Party for interior architects.  Design Dialogi will showcase design with impact, whereas freelancers can share their concerns at Friikku JAM meeting. There will be a contract training for entrepreneurs and the pricing & budgeting training for everyone interested. Some of the events are in Finnish only.
