How will the survey results be used?
📣 Advocacy & public affairs: Ornamo gathers information about the Finnish design field to support its development. We use this situational overview to identify sector‑specific challenges and to advocate for the interests of designers — including employees, companies, freelancers, and students. We communicate the results to policymakers, civil servants, and our stakeholders.
💰 Professional guidance: We use the results in Ornamo’s member advisory services, where we support designers in matters such as determining appropriate salary requests and fee levels. Salary statistics provide important insights into industry compensation levels for both employees and employers.
