Culture Moves Europe is a mobility scheme that supports individual mobility and residency projects across Creative Europe countries, territories and regions. It gives grants for artists and cultural professionals to travel and carry out a project in another Creative Europe country. It is funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union and is implemented by the Goethe-Institut.

In a Co-Creation project, research organization(s) and companies work together on a new research idea that could evolve into a joint Co-Innovation project involving Finnish companies. AVEK: Support for films and media art
There are three different types of support available for films and media art: support for companies, project grants and scriptwriting support.
Grants for art projects available from November 5 to December 3, 2025
The grants are intended for individual projects by arts professionals during 2026–2027. Applications must be submitted via the government’s joint Haeavustuksia.fi service, where you will find the application notice and form. The application is under the name of the Arts and Culture Agency, as the decisions will be made in 2026 after the new agency has started its operations.

Support for artists in the early stages of their careers working in public spaces
The Creative Europe-supported In Situ Platform is looking for artists and groups in the early stages of their careers who are developing a work or project for public space. The In Situ Online Support and Immersive Lab call offers a network and support for project development at the European level. The application period ends on December 18.
